Renaissance Suites Odessa is pleased to provide airport transfers to its guests. We will have an English speaking driver there to meet you and take you directly to your Suite. I should point out that Foreigners visiting Odessa are likely to be charged somewhat more than the rate charged to Ukrainian Nationals.

The transfer fee is $30. For guests staying for 5 nights or more there is no charge.

Note: Free transfer is available between the hours 08.00–20.00 from Monday to Saturday. Transfers outside of this time frame are subject to the standard fee.

RSO can collect a friend or loved one and take them to the airport so that they can be there to welcome you to Odessa. Just include the relevant contact details along with your booking and we will make the necessary arrangements. Fee for this service is $25 and is also available for departure from Odessa.

A popular option for some visitors to the town is to avail of the VIP service at Odessa Airport. This entails being met as you disembark the aircraft and being escorted privately in a special vehicle to the Terminal building, where the passport and customs formalities will be processed for you. On successful completion of these you will be taken to the arrivals hall where your RSO driver will be waiting for you. Cost of this service is $30 plus the airport's fee of $80.

Free direct dial telephone calls to Land Lines and Cell Phones are available to all guests to the countries listed below. These calls may be made by the guest in the privacy of their own Suites. The calls are absolutely free. There are no service charges. Guests may also receive calls free of charge directly to their Suites. Please note that the free calls may be made to Land Lines and Cell Phones. The call recipient does not need to be on-line. Telephone calls to countries not listed below may be made for a modest charge.

Renting a cell phone in Odessa makes a lot of sense because using your Western cell phone can be very costly, as roaming charges are high. RSO offers its clients two options:

• Option 1. We can rent you a new Siemens phone for $4 per day. Discounted rates are available for rental periods of 7 days and more. All you need to do then is purchase a scratch card from one of the many street vendors. This option may be requested in advance affording you the opportunity to email your contact number to those you are visiting. A $100 refundable deposit is required for the phone, which will be returned to you at the end of the ental period.
• Option 2 offers you the opportunity to request a local sim card. Likewise with this choice we can email you your reserved local number so that you can give it to your Odessa contacts. (Please ensure if you request this option that your phone is not locked by your service provider). The fee for this service is $25 which includes the card and 10 hrivnas of credit.

RSO guests may hire the services of a translators/interpreter for oral and written translations. Rates for English/Russian/Ukrainian are as follows: For 1 to 2 hours the rate is $15 per hour. Between 2–6 hours the rate is $12 per hour. For periods in excess of 6 hours the rate is $10  per hour. We can also provide interpreters for German, French, Italian and Spanish. Rates are available on request.

Laundry Service is available to guests. Approx cost is $15 per kilo. Clothes are collected and returned to your apartment, washed and ironed, within 48 hrs.

Dry Cleaning Service is available for $10 + cost of items. Typical prices are, Shirt $8, Jacket $10, Trousers $10. Clothes are collected and returned to your apartment within 48 hrs.

RSO can provide you with a modern 4-door saloon car and English Speaking Driver during your stay. For journeys within a 15k radius of Odessa the rate is $20 per hour or $120 per day (8 hrs). Quotes for journeys outside of Odessa and for Chauffeur driven Executive Cars are available on request. All cars are fully insured.

As part of RSO client commitment, we are pleased to offer guests our Advance Shopping Request service (ASR), whereby a varied selection of groceries will be pre-purchased and deposited for you in your Suite prior to your arrival. Additional items may be specified. Cost of this service is $20+$40 . Advance payment required.
